Existing flooring removal

• We can remove any type of existing flooring including hardwood, carpet, tile, or laminate to prepare for your new flooring installation.

Installation

• Our skilled team will install your new floors using a variety of installation techniques such as nail down, glue down, and floating based on your flooring type and sub-floor material.

Sand, stain, and finish

• If you prefer to have your floor stained, we will work with you to select a color of your choosing and can provide a site finished sample so you can see exactly what your finished floor will look like. We apply three coats of commercial grade water based finish that dries faster and is more durable than standard finishes.

Stair treads

• We will sand, stain, and finish your stair treads to match your floor or with any other stain color you prefer.

Refinishing

• Often, a floor that appears to be in disrepair and in need of replacing can be refinished to reveal a beautiful floor beneath. We can also use a dustless refinishing system to alleviate dust settling throughout your furnished house.

Buff and Coat

• We offer buff and coat maintenance in which we lightly sand your existing floor and apply another coat of finish to keep them looking top-notch. This can also be done using a dustless refinishing system.

Repairs

• We can assess your existing wood flooring and make any necessary repair including replacing damaged boards that have been cracked, gouged, or water damaged.

Refinishing decks

• We can also sand and refinish your decks with outdoor stain, sealants, and finishes to keep them looking as great as your indoor floors.
